job scope.
As the Senior Risk Manager, Governance and Process Design, Trading Platform in a Leading Crypto Player, your key responsibility will be to:
  • Develop and devise risk oversight and risk-associated solutions for our cryptocurrency trading offerings, encompassing mark prices, liquidation frameworks, insurance reserves, and more.
  • Enhance risk management protocols, boost the effectiveness of the risk oversight system, minimize the likelihood of and losses from irregular occurrences, and elevate both the volume and growth rate of the insurance reserves.
  • Track risks and gather insights on our risk management system post-launch, while continually refining the system through efficient iterative processes.
  • Supervise project advancement and collaborate with developers, designers, marketing teams, operations teams, and other divisions.
  • Guide junior product managers in establishing a framework for risk management products.
requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Deep enthusiasm for trading, blockchain technology, and the financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of product development and project management, particularly adept at identifying user needs through data analysis.
  • Capable of logical reasoning, effective teamwork, and clear communication. Able to organize and coordinate resources to address challenges and achieve objectives in cooperation with various departments.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to both our customers and your team.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus but not essential for collaboration with the tech team.
