Job Overview

My client is a multinational firm in the insurance sector, currently expanding their team with a (Senior) Sales Support Officer to provide comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to the sales and distribution teams. Interested parties with insurance administration knowledge and distribution channel support experience are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents, contracts, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Provide support for new business applications and post-sales service processes.
  • Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders regarding processing queries and client requests.
  • Respond to inquiries from sales representatives and clients regarding product information, sales processes, and general queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure efficient execution of sales activities.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • With understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and industry best practices.
  • Good organizational and communication skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
