Job Description:
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, candidate selection, offering stage, and onboarding
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring departments to understand their hiring needs
- Actively maintain the candidate pipeline and provide professional advice such as salary recommendations, proper candidate screening etc
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attach candidates for various levels
- Participate in other ad hoc tasks or projects if necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience preferably from sizable companies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is necessary
- Candidate with short notice is preferred
