Our client is a world-leading retail group with operates a network of over 10,000 stores across 15+ countries that is seeking a specialist to manage their Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and relevant store technologies.

- Configure, customize, and maintain the POS software and hardware systems to meet the organization's operational needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors that arise with the POS systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use and functionality of the POS systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team and vendors to ensure the POS systems are integrated with other business applications (e.g., inventory management, accounting).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements related to POS operations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for POS system configuration, troubleshooting, and user guides.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the POS systems.
- Sound knowledge of Mobile POS solution and CEGID Y2 configurations and provide CEGID Y2 functional demonstration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support and POS system administration
- 3 years of demonstrated experience in the leading technical support teams
- Extensive knowledge of POS systems, retail in-store technologies, and related integrations
- Proven ability to effectively manage and lead technical support teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining POS systems from leading vendors (e.g., Retail Pro, Shopify, Square). - Experience in data analysis and reporting to provide insights for business optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve POS-related issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer experience management.
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
