This Prestigious Regional Private Bank is looking for a Team Head focusing on China/ Hong Kong market. You will be managing 5 experienced bankers in which the business is profitable and expanding. Great working culture and enticing remuneration are provided.

As the Team Head in Taiwan/ China market in a prestigious Regional private bank, your key responsibility will be to:
- Manage a group of senior private bankers, provide coaching and leadership on client acquisition and client management to the team; ensure the team exceeding business targets and boosting contributions by setting priorities in business goals
- Develop UHNW/HNW clients and building a sustainable book of business
- Identify business opportunities - problem solving, prospecting as well as structuring an efficient and sustainable revenue model for the business
- Actively leading the on-going development of the team and driving performance and sales management, as well as providing supervisory oversight on risk matters
- Conducting client review and sharing insights with the team regularly
- Providing professional input in developing the market strategy
- Oversee business and regulatory risk, highlight regulatory issues and ensuring the team is in full compliance with the regulatory requirements as well as the internal compliance policies & guidelines
- Degree holder in a related discipline, professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP or CFMP is preferred
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in private banking area with at least 5 years of management experience
- Proven business builder with international experience and global mindset underpinned by a thorough understanding of the regulatory environment including fiduciary and suitability requirements.
- Sound leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent business acumen, visionary and entrepreneurial in nature.
