Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategy Development: Manage the strategy and technical teams to design, develop, and implement quantitative market-making strategies for the trading platform.
- Team Building: Establish and oversee teams focused on strategy research and development, as well as quantitative risk control, ensuring effective daily risk management practices.
- Performance Evaluation: Track and evaluate the performance of investment strategies, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Enhance Capabilities: Work to improve the overall strategic level and risk control capabilities of the quantitative team.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with various business departments to align product development and innovation strategies.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in financial engineering, quantitative economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields. A finance-related background is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative investment strategy trading at reputable domestic or international investment institutions. Experience with digital currency assets is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Strong team leadership abilities, a collaborative mindset, resilience under pressure, and excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on risk control.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English as a working language.
