Position Overview
We are seeking a Trading Risk Manager to join a leading crypto trading firm that specializes in both options and delta1 trading. This role will act as the second line of defense, ensuring robust risk management practices to safeguard the group's business operations.

What to Expect:

Monitor trading risks, including options greeks, net exposure, leverage, and margin ratios.
Keep a vigilant eye on cash flow events, encompassing settlements, payments, and other transfers.
Track daily P&L to ensure that reported numbers accurately reflect performance.
Manage asset-liability records and detect anomalies in transactions.
Set up and manage risk thresholds, including maximum order limits.
Establish additional risk measures to assess counterparty risks.

Required Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of derivatives, with a preference for candidates who have experience working with options.
Relevant experience in risk control; candidates should ideally have worked in a middle office role focused on risk monitoring or have closely collaborated with trading desks as trading assistants, gaining insights into common trading risks.
High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
Experience in the crypto industry is highly preferred
