Responsibilities:
- As a strong member in the trust service team, to support business leaders in managing the trust administration and support on new business opportunities.
- Maintain a good rapport with RMs to deliver high-quality and timely services to clients/other relevant parties
- Communicate with leaders and parties to ensure timely delivery of quality services to customers
- Prepare/review relevant documents for trust administration
- Complete in annual trust review
- Assist in sales and marketing and administrative duties to strengthen the client relationship
- Assist in team administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree holder or above in law, accounting or business
- Minimum 4-6 years of trust administration experience, solid technical knowledge in trust and related matters
- Legal or Account or company secretarial qualifications
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills
