Job Description:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate communication between sales, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support the sales team in tracking leads and maintaining the CRM system.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
- Help process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field. (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
