As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting my client’s marketing initiatives and driving brand awareness within the high-net-worth insurance sector. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that resonate with our affluent clients while enhancing our market presence.

As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting my client’s marketing initiatives and driving brand awareness within the high-net-worth insurance sector. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that resonate with our affluent clients while enhancing our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at high-net-worth individuals.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Assist in managing multiple marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising, ensuring a cohesive brand message across all platforms.
- Support the creation of engaging content for various marketing materials, including websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and support for marketing initiatives.
- Help track and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across integrated campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services or insurance sector.
- Candidates with private banking / hnw segment knowledge has an added advantage
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Occassional travelling for business
