Responsibility:
- Generate clear and user-friendly content across all customer touchpoints to minimize friction while interacting with digital products.
- Write clear, concise, and intuitive microcopy for digital products, including button labels, error messages, tooltips, onboarding flows, notifications, and more.
- Simplify complex financial jargon into plain language that is easy for users to understand.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor and evaluate customer experiences throughout various channels, journeys, and touchpoints.
- Partner with business owners, UX designers, and diverse stakeholders (including Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing) to ensure messaging is clear, accurate, and engaging.
- Collaborate closely with UX and UI designers to enhance the overall user flow of digital products.
- Establish and maintain writing principles, guidelines, and workflows, while advocating for the importance of these standards among stakeholders.
- Manage content consistency across channels and customer journeys to align with the brand's tone and voice.
- Assist in user interviews and analysis, focusing on survey design and scripting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, UX Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or banking industry.
- Proven track record of creating user-centered content for digital platforms.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design processes.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and regulatory requirements in financial services.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven content decisions.
- Excellent writing and communications skills in both Chinese & English.
