UX Writer

We are seeking a talented UX Writer to craft clear, concise, and user-friendly microcopy that enhances digital experiences. You’ll collaborate with designers, product owners to ensure seamless communication across interfaces, from buttons and error messages to onboarding flows and notifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize UX microcopy to improve usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with business owners, UX designers and various other stakeholders with user needs and business goals.
• Develop and maintain content guidelines, tone, and voice to ensure consistency across products.
• Conduct UX research (A/B testing, user interviews, surveys) to validate copy effectiveness.
• Simplify complex technical jargon into user-friendly language.
• Ensure content adheres to accessibility standards and localization best practices.
• Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX writing and digital copy.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Participate in design sprints, wireframing, and prototyping to shape user flows early in the process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or technical writing.
• Degree holder in Journalism, Communications, Media, Creative, Marketing or any related discipline.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing samples (e.g., app flows, error states, onboarding).
• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to collaborate with designers.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
• Experience with A/B testing, usability studies, or data-driven content decisions.
• Ability to balance business goals, brand voice, and user needs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with localization and multilingual UX writing.
