Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Core Cloud Engineer/Consultant to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation solutions for our financial clients. This role combines deep technical expertise in Salesforce Core Cloud (Service / Financial Service / Sales) Configuration and Development with strong collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and design scalable solutions that meet business needs.
  • Design and develop SFMC solutions (Email, Journeys, Automations, Integrations).
  • Perform technical design and implementation on Salesforce Platform.
  • Ensure project timelines are met in collaboration with the PMO and Functional workstream.
  • Consult on best practices, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with clients.
  • Liaise with Salesforce and third-party vendors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, security policies, and organizational guidelines for Salesforce implementation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on SFMC experience and proven experience in Salesforce development, including designing and maintaining Salesforce application
  • Strong in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and SFMC APIs.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS and Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce tools, modules, and APIs for integrations.
  • Experienced in integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Understanding Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices within the Salesforce context.
  • SFMC certifications (Email Specialist, Developer, Consultant) is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Core Cloud (Service / Financial Service / Sales) Configuration and Development.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and CRM integration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce applications efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
