About the Job
- Report directly to the Director of Digital to execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with company objectives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional team discussions to provide technical insights and recommendations, developing robust technical solutions that align with business strategy and meet budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
- Offer expertise on technical architectures, solutions, and timelines of digital products, including integration, scalability, and connectivity with internal and external systems.
- Prioritize development and integration tasks to achieve strategic business goals.
- Conduct detailed technical reviews to ensure all components are correctly implemented.
- Manage all aspects of CI/CD deployment pipelines for development, staging, and production environments.
- Contribute to innovative software design using methodologies that address both current needs and future technologies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive software test strategies to ensure stability and reliability.
- Support software builds for rigorous verification and validation processes.
- Coordinate product releases and provide ongoing technical support post-launch.
- Ensure product technical documentation is thorough, up-to-date, and accurate.
- Formulate and implement a visionary digital product strategy across all regions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and driving competitive advantage and accelerated growth.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to retirement, ensuring effective product development and customer impact.
- Establish and maintain processes for continuous market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence, informing product strategies and aligning them with business objectives.
- Lead product investment decisions based on thorough analysis of market opportunities, costs, and portfolio attractiveness.
- Enhance consumer experience (CX) and UX/UI, achieving high CSAT scores, NPS, and customer retention rates.
- Foster partnerships with executives and business stakeholders, prioritizing their needs and maximizing value creation from digital products.
- Monitor and act on key performance metrics to ensure successful product delivery and competitive positioning.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, developing digital product management talent and enhancing team capabilities.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of solid experience in technical design, system development, and implementation.
- Proficiency in web portal and mobile app development with CRM, CMS, and multiple systems integration.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, Sitecore, Jenkins, and DevOps.
- Experience in omnichannel implementation is advantageous.
- Strong technical skills coupled with business acumen; confident in collaborating with designers and various business teams.
- Ability to conduct technical feasibility studies for new digital projects.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and able to handle pressure effectively.
- Passionate about the latest technologies, data, and problem-solving.
- Strong and confident communicator, able to interact effectively with all levels.
- Excellent writing skills in Chinese and English; fluency in Cantonese and English is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the technology industry, with experience in product management.
- Proven track record in building digital products in sectors.
- Expertise in design thinking principles and customer experience design.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to executives, functional leaders, and stakeholders.
- Ability to assert ideas and influence behaviors across the company, gaining support at all levels, including the board and investors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of technology economics and strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business transformation through data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
