Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Policy Management: Oversee the lifecycle of HNW insurance placements—from client onboarding, risk assessment, and binder issuance to renewals and endorsements
- Client & Market Liaison: Act as the bridge between clients, family offices, underwriters (e.g., Chubb, AIG Private Client, PURE), and internal brokers to negotiate terms and resolve complex coverage issues
- Precision & Compliance: Ensure flawless documentation (e.g., schedules of valuables, appraisals) and adherence to global compliance standards (AML, KYC)
- Claims Advocacy: Guide clients through high-stakes claims processes, coordinating with adjusters and legal teams to expedite resolutions
- Concierge-Level Service: Anticipate client needs (e.g., global travel coverage adjustments, new acquisitions) and deliver proactive solutions
- Bachelor's degree holder
- 3+ years in HNW/UHNW insurance (brokerage, underwriting, or private banking) or 5+ years in commercial P&C with transferable skills
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to details
- Exceptional discretion (handling confidential client data)
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
