We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Vice President - Telecom Project Manager to lead high-impact telecommunications projects across the organization. This role involves overseeing complex deployments, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality, time, and budget expectations, and driving innovation in a fast-paced telecom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale telecom projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, finance, regulatory, and vendor management functions.
- Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks and stakeholder communication strategies.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing project management best practices and agile methodologies where appropriate.
- Act as a key point of contact for executive leadership and external partners.
- Prepare and present project updates and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in telecom project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end large-scale telecom projects.
- Strong understanding of telecom technologies (e.g., LTE/5G, fiber networks, VoIP, OSS/BSS platforms).
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing of large-scale projects and complex vendor relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Ability to lead under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
- Tech-savvy and results-driven mindset.
